Discover our menu based on products of the season, which mixed with the aromas and flavors of the Mediterranean, gets a creative and fresh traditional cuisine. We select our products carefully, following gradually Km.0 trend and we are going for a most visual and meticulous presentation of the dishes. Our menu changes four times a year in accordance with the season change and the products of each one.
It offers dishes and specialties to share such as Stew Croquettes with Chickpea Puree, starters with a fresh touch such as Pine Nut Garlic-Almond Soup with Salted Sardine and Fresh Pineapple and more elaborate main courses such as Rice stew with Lobster and Peas or 65º Burgos’ Suckling Pig Terrine with Dried Apricot and Pears Stewed in Malaga Wine and Cinnamon. For sweet-toothed customers we have our most famous dessert Hot Chocolate Omelet with Strawberries and Passion Fruit Soup.
