He was born in Antequera and grew up in Malaga province. With 36 years old he has an extensive experience in cooking. He started in the field of catering by chance, when a friend encouraged him to study in the catering school La Cónsula in Málaga and, since then, his career has being improving.
From his professional career we must stress: his work as head of kitchen in the restaurant Montana in Málaga or as owner, director and head of kitchen of his own catering business, the Restaurant Sarmiento, a small restaurant in the capital of Malaga with a traditional cuisine based in market products with a perfect fusion of gastronomy and enology
